Description

This should either be .expect() or .unwrap_or_else(|| panic!()) (if they want the formatting panic provides). Ideally this would be generalised to any diverging function (fn(…) -> !) as well.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the implementation and tests for the unwrap_or lint in rust-clippy, then assess the requested expect or unwrap_or_else behavior and whether support for all diverging functions is in scope. Done means the selected behavior is implemented and covered by tests.
