Research direction
Start by reading rust-lang/rust pull request #134797 to understand the experimental nightly feature and its intended ergonomics. Then inspect rust-clippy's existing ref-counting support and determine how .use and use closures should be covered; done means Clippy supports both forms with appropriate behavior and tests.
