Description
rustc has 16 bit support, so our lints should make sure they also lint for usize stuff below 32 bit. (e.g. ENUM_CLIKE_UNPORTABLE_VARIANT)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the lints that handle usize-related values, including ENUM_CLIKE_UNPORTABLE_VARIANT, against rustc's 16-bit support. Vet each relevant lint for behavior below 32 bits; done when the affected lints consistently account for 16-bit targets.
