Description
From https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-bindgen/pull/3409#issuecomment-5109047254 and https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-bindgen/issues/2722#issuecomment-1925829095.
bindgen currently ignores #undef, e.g.
#define A 1
#undef A
generates
pub const A: u32 = 1;
but A should not exist.

Research direction
Start in bindgen/ir/var.rs around the cited lines, then reproduce the issue with the shown #define and #undef input. The work is done when bindgen no longer generates a Rust constant for a C macro that was subsequently undefined.
