Description
Hello - I noticed there hasn't been a new full release for about half a year (0.72.1 was a hotfix) despite quite some activity. I was wondering if there could be a release made to get some of the changes out? I am personally interested in building Windows DLLs thanks to #3257.
Alternatively, if it's more common to consume this via a git revision rather than released crates, then I can do that too. For context, I am looking at this dependency from Envoy (yes it's already quite an old version there but updating to the latest doesn't help with the Windows issue).
Thanks

Research direction
Start by reviewing the release history for rust-bindgen and the dependency entry in Envoy's source/extensions/dynamic_modules/sdk/rust/Cargo.toml. Check issue #3257 and the recent comment thread to understand the Windows DLL concern; the issue is done when the release status or schedule is clearly documented, or a release decision is recorded.
