Description
Once https://github.com/rust-lang/rfcs/pull/2349 hits stable, it'd be very useful to be able to declare various C types as immovable, especially self referential types.
I'd be happy to work on this once the feature lands!

Research direction
Start by checking RFC 2349 and whether its feature has reached stable, then inspect rust-bindgen's type declaration and code-generation paths. Done means generated Rust bindings can declare the relevant C types as immovable, including self-referential types, with behavior agreed for this feature request.
