Description
Intellij Rust precently added support for highlighting unreachable code in their extension. Unreachable code is marked gray, and exposes a code action that allows removing it. I believe this would make for a good addition to rust-analyzer as well.

Research direction
Start by reviewing rust-analyzer's existing inspection and code-action support, then compare the referenced IntelliJ Rust behavior and screenshots. Identify how unreachable code is detected and how related diagnostics expose removal actions. Done means unreachable code is highlighted and a code action can remove it, with coverage for the new behavior.
