Description
Typically rust-analyzer's VSCode plugin inserts use statements at the top of the file when assisting auto-complete.
How do I make it to instead insert those use statements in into smaller scope?
P.S. Is Github Issues the right place to ask questions about usage of rust-analyzer?

Research direction
Start by reviewing rust-analyzer's VSCode import-assist behavior and available configuration or documentation for placing use statements in a function scope rather than at the module top. Confirm whether the requested behavior is supported or requires a feature change, then document the expected configuration or behavior and verify it through the VSCode plugin.
