include!(concat!(env!("OUT_DIR"), "/", file!())) does not include auto-suggestions

I have a project

project/
  Cargo.toml
  src/
    main.rs
  build.rs
  target/
    build/
      debug/
        project-xxxx/
          out/
            src/
              main.rs

In my main-file, I want to do:

// project/src/main.rs
mod test {
    include!(concat!(env!("OUT_DIR"), "/", file!()));
}

fn main() {
    test:: // no auto-suggestions
}

But no auto-suggestions are showing. However, when I do:

// project/src/main.rs
mod test {
    include!(concat!(env!("OUT_DIR"), "/", "src/main.rs"));
}

fn main() {
    test:: // a lot of auto-suggestions
}

It works great. Would it be possible to make the first example show auto-suggestions?

Reproduce the project using src/main.rs, build.rs, Cargo.toml, and the generated target/build/.../out/src/main.rs, comparing include!(concat!(env!("OUT_DIR"), "/", file!())) with the literal path variant. Start by tracing how rust-analyzer resolves these include! forms; done means the file! variant provides the same auto-suggestions as the literal path.
