Description
We currently have an introduce_named_lifetime assist to turn the unnamed lifetime '_ into a named one like:
impl AsRef<str> for Span<'_> { ... }
to
impl<'a> AsRef<str> for Span<'a> { ... }
It would be great if we could also go the other way and "unname" such a lifetime if possible. Not sure what it would be called though, maybe just remove_named_lifetime.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing introduce_named_lifetime assist and its tests. Determine when a named lifetime can be changed to '_, then add the reverse assist and tests showing the expected transformation is applied only when valid.
