Description
Can we add a semicolon at the end if something is added in not to the end of function?
for example
fn x() {
bar();
// <- I am starting typing here and want to have a semicolon at the end of the line
foo()
}

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating rust-analyzer's handling for editing or typing punctuation, then use the provided mid-function Rust example as the acceptance case and add coverage showing that foo() becomes foo();.
