Description
currently, type alias definitions support a refactoring to "inline" the type alias to all uses, deleting the type alias in the process.
i would like the reverse: a refactor on a type alias so that the type alias is substituted everywhere possible.
obviously "everywhere" is a little unclear, but at least to all locations in the current module would be plenty useful.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing type-alias "inline" refactoring and trace its entry point and tests. Compare that behavior with the requested reverse operation, then define which alias uses in the current module are supported.
