Description
I apologize if this is already possible, but I have been searching for how to do this for a while and could not figure it out.
What I want is the ability to enable only specific features for each member of a workspace. Using rust-analyzer.cargo.noDefaultFeatures: true and then setting the features individually does not work when there are features of one member being enabled by another member (i.e. dependencies across members).

Research direction
Start by tracing how rust-analyzer.cargo.noDefaultFeatures and per-member feature settings are handled for Cargo workspaces. Review the existing workspace feature-resolution tests and configuration entry points, then define a test showing that one member's enabled features do not affect another member. Done means each workspace member can select its own features independently.
