No autocompletion for serde's Deserializer trait

Rust-analyzer isn't suggesting any of the methods on serde's Deserializer trait unless I manually import the trait. In the example below, I'd expect to see autocomplete for methods like deserialize_any, but those aren't suggested.

Start with the minimal Cargo reproduction in the issue and trigger completion at deserializer.des in the Rust example. Trace the completion handling for methods supplied by serde's Deserializer trait; done means methods such as deserialize_any are suggested without manually importing the trait.
