Description
i often accidentally double click inlay hints, and it's difficult to tell when it happens on third party or standard library code because it's obviously not version controlled. it would be nice if the language server would omit the textEdits in the inlay hint response for these files

Research direction
Start by tracing how the language server builds inlay hint responses and handles the LSP textEdit field, using the linked LSP specification as the behavior reference. Done means double-click acceptance omits textEdits for standard-library and third-party files while preserving the existing behavior for version-controlled code.
