Research direction

Start by tracing rust-analyzer's existing autoimport assist and the quickfix path for diagnostics around write!(). Reproduce the case where std::fmt::Write or std::io::Write is out of scope, then verify that a quickfix offers the needed import even without an explicit method call. No file or test path is named in the issue.
