Description

Image

Probably a VS Code bug, but might be worth tracking.

Tested on 622ef64f938db10d385d596d157c1f384cd460b6 with Code 1.97.1 . I don't think I noticed it in and 1.97.0.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the missing space shown in the attached image with rust-analyzer commit 622ef64f938db10d385d596d157c1f384cd460b6 in VS Code 1.97.1, then compare with 1.97.0. Determine whether rust-analyzer or VS Code owns the completion label and detail rendering; done means the cause is confirmed and the two parts are consistently separated.
