Description

Basically the title.
I'm looking at adding support for "mixed" code action for my client.
Having a server that actually produces these mixed code actions would be useful, to test against.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating rust-analyzer's code-action generation and LSP response tests, then check whether any action includes both an edit and a command. Done means documenting an existing case or identifying a minimal test fixture that reliably emits one.
