Description
It might be useful to convert type alias to structs, ie.
Convert
type T = i32;
to
struct T(i32);
and make every use of t which is of T type into t.0.
It would be useful to adopt New type pattern.
I'm not sure about the action on the opposite direction, since there might be impls on the struct. Maybe allow it only when there are no impls?
