Description
Frequently I need to do some iteration and have to add .enumerate() which then forces me to go and change the signature of the for loop to match.
Would love if this could be an editor assist. Would be happy to implement if accepted.

for item in items.iter() {
}
// to
for (idx, item) in items.iter().enumerate() {
}
and vice versa.
