Description
rust-analyzer version: 0.3.1877-standalone
rustc version: 1.76
code snippet to reproduce:
use std::process::Command as Cmd;
mod inner {
fn f() {
Cmd
}
}
Cmd isn't auto-imported when triggering completion, and the quickfix menu only offers importing std::process::Command, not the reexported Cmd.

Research direction
Start with the Rust snippet in the issue and reproduce completion and quickfix behavior for the renamed import Cmd inside inner. Trace the auto-import and quickfix handling for reexports; done means completion and the quickfix menu both offer the renamed Cmd import.
