Description
I want to debug with arguments and options. Otherwise like envionment variables to customize and outer console to debug with stdin input. But it seems like none of this is implmented right now.

Research direction
Start by investigating the existing Rust Analyzer debugging integration and how launch.json configurations are currently handled. Determine how arguments, options, environment variables, stdin input, and an external console should be represented; done means a documented launch.json configuration supports these requested debugging scenarios.
