Description
Instead of defining "rust-analyzer.cargo.features": ["my_feature"] each time we want auto-completion for a specific feature, it would be nice if rust-analyzer could determine if we are in a part of code which require a feature being enabled (or not)

Research direction
The issue names only the rust-analyzer.cargo.features setting, cursor position, and auto-completion; no file, test, or entry point is provided. Begin by locating the setting and completion flow, then establish how feature requirements are identified from the cursor context and what completion behavior counts as done.
