Research direction
Start with the reproduction in src/cli/proxy.rs at lines 352-406 and compare inlay hints for variables outside and inside the macro. Reproduce the missing hint behavior in rust-analyzer, then trace the macro-related inlay-hint handling. Done means the variable inside the macro receives the expected inlay-hint information.
