Description

We currently generate all applicable completions which can be overwhelming in certain scenarios https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-analyzer/pull/13124. We should eagerly generate the completion scores while building the completions and instead of keeping an unbounded buffer where we push them into, we should only keep the X highest scored completions in the accumulation.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked rust-analyzer pull request #13124 and tracing where completions are generated, scored, and accumulated. The work is done when accumulation retains only the X highest-scored completions while scores are produced during generation, and completion behavior can be checked against the existing output.
