Description
Looking for a feature, like in CMake Tools, where user can select launch target and configure launch.json / tasks.json with set of variables.
I suggest providing an ability to pick:
- a target binary name from
membersinworkspacesection, - a target
profile
So the resulting name and expanded path could be parameterized.

Research direction
Start by reviewing how rust-analyzer exposes workspace members and profiles, then compare the requested behavior with the linked CMake Tools debugging flow. Trace how launch.json and tasks.json are currently configured; done means users can select a workspace member and profile and use the resulting name and expanded path as variables.
