Description
Autocompletion doesn't seem to work in VSCode for files included with include!() macro, which are located above its own package's manifest (Cargo.toml).
Simplified example is shown on this screenshot:

Real use-case is over here:
- vscode 1.73.1
- rustc 1.63.0 (4b91a6ea7 2022-08-08)
- rust-analyzer 0.3.1301-standalone (2022-11-27)

Research direction
Reproduce the simplified include!() example in VSCode with rust-analyzer, using the reported case in godot-core/src/engine.rs as a reference. Trace how files outside the package manifest are discovered and compare them with included files inside the module tree; done means autocompletion works for the external included file.
