Description
Can there be an icon indicating recursive definitions (example: functions) on the gutter, like in Intellij? It's useful because it immediately signals to you which functions are recursive, and need to be checked to ensure that their base cases are good and it doesn't cause stack overflows.

Research direction
The issue names no files or tests; start by locating rust-analyzer's gutter indicators and the logic that identifies recursive definitions. Confirm the design for showing an icon on recursive functions, then verify that the indicator appears for recursive definitions and not for non-recursive ones.
