Description
Hello Team,
Firstly, thank you for this beatiful rust analyzer. I am facing an issue that has been previously reported but was closed:
https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-analyzer/issues/5484
rust-analyzer doesn't see some of the files in my module tree.
rust-analyzer version: 0.3.1115
rustc version: rustc 1.62.0 (a8314ef7d 2022-06-27)
relevant settings: None
Until the update to the lates version it was underscored in red:

Post the update it's not underscored, however rust-analyzer still show warning "file not included in module tree". And therefore doesn't run whatever analysis it usually does.

Research direction
The report provides no repository files, project reproduction, tests, or entry point. Start by reproducing the "file not included in module tree" warning with the reported rust-analyzer and rustc versions, then trace the module-tree analysis; done means the affected file is included and normal analysis runs without the warning.
