Description

It would be nice if there was a code action for adding missing #![feature(...)] items when you try to use a feature that's not currently enabled in your crate, similar to how auto-import code actions are currently done.

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing auto-import code actions and how rust-analyzer receives diagnostics for disabled features. Define the action for a missing #![feature(...)] item and verify it appears when a crate uses an unavailable feature.
