Description
pub fn read_perf_data<P>(path: P) -> Result<(), Box<dyn Error>> {
let mut file = File::open(path)?;
}
The compiler knows that path does not satisfy the bounds for File::open. Having an assist to add the needed bounds to P would be great.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the Rust snippet and locating existing assists for adding trait bounds; done means an assist offers the required bounds for P and covers this example with a test.
