Description
Currently, the names of named function pointer parameters are not shown in any of the rust-analyzer popups. It would be great if they could be shown because they're very useful for documentation.
The tooltips currently show fn(i32, i32) -> i32 but it would be a lot more useful if they showed fn(hello: i32, world: i32) -> i32.
