Description
I often write a struct to later find I need all the fields to be pub, and usually at that point it's ... a sad time now. I could learn to use fancy multi-cursor input in my editor of choice and type pub once, but it would be nice if there was a helper to pub prefix all the fields of a struct. 😄

Research direction
The issue requests a helper that prefixes every struct field with pub, but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the relevant struct-assist entry point and its tests; done means the helper handles all fields and has coverage for the requested behavior.
