Support '..' syntax in closures

Description
In Rust, one can use '..' in pattern matching, so as to ignore all fields. This would be a useful (and consistent) feature to see in closures, i.e.
let opt = Some(12u32);
let other_opt = opt.map(|..| 16u32);
It would also be possible to introduce this syntax in other circumstances as well, for example
let (x,..) = (1u,2u,3u);
For when you want to destructure a tuple but only care about the first value.
