Description
I'll primarily defer to existing discussions requesting the same, see the following at internals.rust-lang:
allow destructuring patterns in const and static
destructuring declarations for const
It simply seems that it hasn't been considered to allow this yet? If so, may it be introduced?

Research direction
Start by reading the two linked internals.rust-lang discussions and the RFC process in this repository. Clarify the proposed syntax and semantics for destructuring in const and static declarations, then determine whether the result should be a concrete RFC; done requires an agreed, reviewable proposal rather than a single-file change.
