Description

The atomic consume ordering is currently not implemented by LLVM. This ordering can be more efficient on systems where all access has consume semantics (such as arm.) Atomic intrinsics with consume semantics should be exposed so that code using such operations will have consume semantics once LLVM implements these operations. For now they can be translated to operations with acquire semantics.
