Description
Question
I have two different preprocessors defined, but in my CI/CD pipeline, I would like to build just the HTML or the PDF, depending on the workflow. Is that possible? If not, wouldn't it be a valuable option for the build command?

Research direction
Start by examining mdBook's build command and how multiple preprocessors are configured. Determine whether the command can select HTML or PDF output for separate CI/CD workflows; done means the supported behavior or limitation is clear and, if feasible, covered by user-facing documentation and tests.
