Description
Problem
After scrolling to the very bottom of the left pane (or outlines/toc dono how to word this correctly), there is now way to scroll upward. Any attempt would trigger a website refresh.
Other tools such as honkit or mkdocs do not have this behavior, reason I raise a bug issue here.
Steps
- Open any mdbook with your mobile
- Show the left pane an scroll to the very bottol
- Now change your mind an try to scroll to the top
- That should refresh the page instead
Possible Solution(s)
No response
Notes
- I am using firefox on mobile, no idea if other browser/people replicate this.
- i get the problem in any mdbook out there. Tested about 20 various examples, including the mdbook doc itself

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in mobile Firefox using any mdBook, following the listed steps and testing the left pane or outline/table of contents at its bottom edge. Done means the pane can be scrolled back to the top without triggering a page refresh; compare behavior across mobile browsers if needed.
