Description
libc currently provides a number of convenient integer type aliases. However, the and leastfast integer types (e.g. int_fast16_t, etc.) aren't currently included. Is there a reason for their exclusion, or is this just awaiting an implementation?

Research direction
Start by inspecting the existing integer type aliases exposed by libc and compare them with the int_fast16_t and related types listed in the linked C reference. Done means the fast integer aliases are provided consistently where libc currently exposes the corresponding integer types, with appropriate coverage verified by the project’s existing checks.
