Hashbrown crash due to bad malloc

In some cases I am also seeing this logged to the console:

Could this be due to a bug in Hashbrown? Any help or insights would be much appreciated.

Start by reproducing the macOS crash with the reported Tauri 1.5.2 auto-update scenario and compare the malloc error with the hashbrown drop frames shown in the report. Trace the relevant hashbrown raw-table cleanup path and document a minimal reproducible case or a confirmed cause; the issue is done when the failure is explained and covered by a regression test or a clearly identified external cause.
