Description
Hi thank you for great OSS.
I tried to check if user supplied --word-diff, however, I can't find if there is such function in git2-rs.
git_config.config.get_bool('word-diff') was not working

Research direction
The issue mentions git_config.config.get_bool('word-diff'); start by tracing the git2-rs configuration API around that call and how user-supplied options are exposed. Done means determining whether --word-diff can be queried through the API and adding the appropriate test or documenting the limitation.
