Description
On my releases page some crates like git-appraise are repeated multiple times. Seems to be correlated with those releases having had multiple builds performed.

Research direction
Reproduce the duplication on the releases-by-author page for Nemo157, especially for releases with multiple builds, then inspect linked pull request #1879 for the prior implementation. Done means each release appears only once while releases with separate versions remain distinguishable.
