A-documenting-cargo-itself C-feature-request S-needs-design

We use Cargo icon (this variation of this one) a lot in IntelliJ-Rust UI.

Unfortunately, ui-wise it's not the best icon, because it has a lot of fine details, which are not visible at small scale, and it is not connected to the Rust gear logo in any way (well, there are gears on the crates on the logo, but you'll need a fair bit of imagination to see then in the 16x16 icon).

The second point is rather important, because it hurts discountability of Cargo-related features in IDE.

It would be better for users if the Rust gear was featured more prominently on the Cargo icon.
