Description
Hi!
Even though I've decided to start translating it into Japanese, I don't know exactly what I should do.
Am I supposed to just fork the repository and to work only on my one?
In other words, there is no need for me to send pull requests to this repository?
Thank you in advance for advising me!

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points and asks how to contribute a Japanese translation. First clarify the repository's expected translation workflow and scope; done is an agreed contribution path for the Japanese translation.
