Musl CI started spontaneously not working?

Been getting issues like this:

The issue names no repository file or test, but includes a musl linker failure involving libloading and libdl. Start by reproducing the affected musl CI job and tracing its linker inputs; done means the CI build completes without the duplicate-definition and undefined-reference errors.
