Research direction
Start at library\std\src....\backtrace\src\dbghelp.rs:338 and reproduce the reported DLL-injection case to inspect why the lookup returns None. Done means the case no longer panics and its failure is handled appropriately, with a regression test if the repository has a suitable testing entry point.
