Description

It would be really convenient if Deque implemented FromIterator, like Vec, so you could create one from an iterator. The obvious workaround is to just extend an empty Deque, but that seems less ergonomic.

Research direction

Start by locating the Deque implementation and checking how Vec and other heapless collections implement FromIterator. Review the existing extend behavior and related collection tests, then add FromIterator coverage that confirms iterator items are inserted correctly and capacity behavior is handled consistently.
