Description
Hi,
I would like to truncate or set as None, or somehow accept without Error a string that is longer than the capacity of the String. Or is there some other way to deal with this in serde that you know of?

Research direction
Start by reviewing how serde deserializes heapless String values and the behavior discussed in the related heapless issue. Clarify whether oversized strings should be truncated, converted to None, or accepted without an error; done means the desired behavior and its scope are agreed with maintainers.
