Description
Idea: Run a cron job in CI which updates to the latest nightly rustc , updates golden file expectations and commits to a branch (carried forward) for review once a week or less frequently.
To improve on this, we could try to truncate unstable compiler-dependent parts of the json (hashes in names, for one).

Research direction
Review the existing CI setup and the process for updating golden file expectations. Define how a scheduled latest-nightly rustc update would create a reviewable branch or commit, and decide which unstable compiler-dependent JSON fields could be truncated. Done means the automation and its review workflow are specified and tested against the repository's expectations.
