Description
Currently the schedule is only read from kontrol.toml as
schedule = 'CANCUN`
or using the same option in CLI. However, Foundry also allows for its specification in foundry.toml, which we should recognize as well:
evm_version = "cancun"

Research direction
Start by searching the configuration-loading entry point for the existing kontrol.toml schedule handling and the CLI option. Check how foundry.toml and its evm_version value are made available, then verify that specifying the schedule there is recognized alongside the existing sources.
